Since the late 1990s, I have been guiding family businesses on their entrepreneurial journeys. As a specialist in reorganisations and business succession, I combine expertise, experience, and interpersonal skills to craft tailored solutions. It is deeply fulfilling to earn the trust of companies and support them over decades and across generations. In 2024, I had the privilege of successfully guiding a company through a generational transfer for the second time. While these processes are often complex and challenging, I achieve the necessary balance through quality time with my family, engaging in sports, and planning exciting travel adventures.
