I began working at KAPAS in Weiz as early as 1987. From the very beginning, I was part of the office team, primarily handling communication with clients and authorities. Managing correspondence has always been enjoyable for me, even though the work was significantly more complicated back then without computer support. The absence of the internet, which is now indispensable for my work, made tasks much more challenging. Over the years, my responsibilities gradually expanded to include administration and organisation. I took on numerous projects and was entrusted with leading the office department. My areas of focus continue to evolve, making my work highly varied and requiring great flexibility and a willingness to learn. Maintaining a respectful and appreciative approach, both within our company and with our clients and business partners, is particularly important to me.
