I chose a career in payroll accounting because I was looking for a diverse and intellectually stimulating profession where I could apply my precision and passion for learning. The constant introduction of new collective bargaining agreements and legal regulations, which require interpretation and implementation with our clients, ensures that this work remains dynamic and engaging.
What I enjoy most is evaluating monthly work time records, resolving complex employment law issues, and providing valuable advice to our clients. It is incredibly satisfying to prevent costly disputes with employees through sound guidance or to successfully conclude wage tax audits without objections from the authorities.
